Structural Engineers Z-/ 91 -� k-L--") Per your request we have reviewed the referenced project concerning the foundation walls at the north basement windows. It is our understanding the foundation walls were stepped down inside a 6'-0" long by 3'-6" wide window well, and a 3 '/2" x 7 '/" Timberstrand LSL header was used to span the 6'-0" opening. In addition, the 6" thick concrete window well has been tied into the foundation walls at each side. It is our opinion the header is adequate for the load, and the stepped foundation walls at the windows are acceptable. If we can be of further assistance please contact us.
