FAX NO. : 9706631660 Apr. 09 2002 11:03AM P1 SCOTT, COX & ASSOCIATES, INC. consulting engineers ��rrrl March 20, 2002 US Dome Corporation 2695 West Eisenhower, Suite 230 Loveland, Colorado 80537 Project No:2250-30-88-02 Gentlemen: On March 19, 2002, a representative of Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc. visually observed the perimeter drain system and damp -proofing for the new residence under construction at Lot 128, Registry Ridge, (1439 Reeves Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. We observed that the completed drain system consisted of rigid PVC pipe surrounded by gravel, set outside of the foundation walls. The drain appeared to be located below the top of pier level and is to discharge to an interior sump pit. We observed that the damp -proofing consisted of asphaltic spray -on coating. It appeared that the damp -proofing coating adequately covered the foundation wall. In addition we observed that the void forms for the foundation walls were intact - As a result of our observations, it is our opinion that the drainage system and damp -proofing were in general conformance with the plans and specifications.
