Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 128, Registry Ridge, (1439 Reeves Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on March 13, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by KLP Engineering, Plan No. 4016.
