A representative of Terracon observed the foundation construction for the referenced lot
located within the Ridgewood Hills 3rd Filing on February 27, 2002 and March 6, 2002 as
requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the footing sizes
and foundation wall steel are in general accordance with the plans and specifications for
this project.
