Gentlemen:
A representative of Terracon observed the Structural Frame construction for the referenced lot
located within the Stanton Creek Subdivision in Fort Collins, Colorado, on February 12, 2002 as
requested.
Observations made during the site visit include, but were not limited to the following items:
1. Truss location and hardware installation.
2. Beam sizing and location.
3. Exterior plywood shear panel grading, application, and nailing.
4. Mono -post to beam connections.
5. Structural Framing components and location, as per Engineering plan requirements.
All work observed at the time of the initial and/or follow-up site visits for the above -referenced lot on
the dates indicated, appear to be have been completed in general compliance to the project plans
and specifications.
