A representative from Terracon observed the exterior perimeter drainage system at the
referenced address within the Sage Creek Development on January 7, 2002, as
requested. At the time of our site visit, a 4-inch diameter, perforated PVC pipe,
underlain by a PVC impervious liner material, had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation and was observed to exhibit positive gravity flow
toward a sump pit located in the lower level/basement portion of the residence. The
waterproof dampening of the foundation system was also observed and in our opinion
was completed in general accordance with standard residential practices.
