This letter is to confirm waterproofing/dampproofing requirements per the City of Fort
Collins.
Shear Engineering conducted a foundation excavation observation for the above
referenced address. Per engineer's recommendations we damp proofed the foundation
with sprayed asphalt sealant below grade.
