Mr. Weiman:
A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing size and wall steel
construction for the referenced project on December 13, 2001 and December 17, 2001
as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation
footing sizes and wall steel placements were constructed in general accordance with
the plans and specifications for this project.
