Gentlemen:
On August 29, 31, and September 4, 2001, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
the footings and foundation wall reinforcing for the townhomes under construction at the
referenced site.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the footing sizes, footing steel reinforcement, void
form placement, and foundation wall steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the
engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates.
