Subject: 918 Battsford Circle: Lot 61 in Eagle Tree /Provincetown
This document is a structural letter to suffice the inadvertently omitted
foundation dimension criteria on the foundation structural drawings of the address
above. The omitted notes are as follows:
1. Foundation pads are 30 " c 30" square by 8" in thickness. Rebar for the
foundation pads are to #4 bars @12" OC EW, with 3 "adjustable post. -
2. Foundation footing width is 16" , and depth of 8" typical through entire house.
(Includes garage also.)
3. Walls 8" concrete with 2 - #4 bars T & B cont. Walls are to be 8' walls.
