Jim Wirshborn has asked us to write this letter concerning
his application for a home occupation license and variance at
904 East Elizabeth.
We have known Jim and his family since 1977, during which
time Mountain States Weather Services has operated at 904 East
Elizabeth. During this period of operation, his business has
mostly come unnoticed by external visibility, such as traffic
and noise. We have also no problem with the establishment of
. the instrument plot in the back yard of 904 East Elizabeth.
While these instruments are visible from our back yard, they
have no effect on our lifestyle and are almost concealed from
the street.
We endorse Mr. Wirshborn's request for a variance at 904
East Elizabeth.
