Gentlemen;
We have investigated the open excavation at Lot 8,
Greenbriar, a subdivision of Ft. Collins, Colorado,
The subject excavation was inspected on April 16, 1991. The
exposed soil indicates a caisson and grade beam type founda-
tion system designed in accordance with data contained in
the soils and foundation investigation report performed by
Empire Laboratories Inc., Job No. 6133-3-88 dated February
3, 1988 is suitable. No water was encountered to a depth of
6.0 feet.
