We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void amterial placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 36, Hearthfire, (1327 Town Center Drive), Larimer County,
Colorado. This observation was performed on Aril 14, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 1782-60-01-01.
