We have visually observed the void forms placed in the foundation walls at the residence under
construction at Lot 36, Hearthfire, (1327 Town Center Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on April 21, 2000.
It is our opinion that the void forms are intact.
