As requested, the following portions of the foundation system were observed on the dates
indicated. The portions observed were found to be in general conformance with the
foundation plan and requirements of our soil report prepared for the subject site, Project
Number 52996 dated July 21, 2000. Observations were conducted on a periodic, on -call
basis.
