We have noted that you have recently applied for a State Sales Tax
L4cense to operate what we assume is a home occupation.
I' Please be advised that Fort Collins Ordinances require you to obtain
a Certificate of Occupancy for this use. The purpose of this require-
ment is to assure that home occupations comply with City zoning require-
ments.
Enclosed is the application blank for you to file with this office if
you wish to operate a home occupation. If you have any further questions
we shall be happy to discuss the matter with you when you call at our
office.
If your business is not a home occupatiun, will you please telephone the
L Building Inspection office and give us the actual business location.
