We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and voidmaterial placed in the forms at the residence
under constru tion at Lot 48, Shenandoah, (6908 Egyptian), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on March 24, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with KLP foundation plan, Job
No. 4026.
