This observation was performed on July 20, 1999. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with MNA, Inc. foundation plan, Job No. 1024. This observation was performed on July 16, 1999. It is our opinion that the form widths are insubstantial conformance with MNA, Inc, foundation plan, Job No. 1024. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements.
