& 12, Paragon Point 5, (6565 &t 6569 Finch Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
inspection was performed on July 7, 1998,
it is out opaiion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 2649-05.03-02. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad
bearing locations.
