Dear Sir:
On December 18, 1975, I sent you a letter
notifying you that it is not permissible to use.
banners and pennants as outside signs and_that
you must cease such use .of them. .
However, you have continued to do so. I
don't know whether you did not receive the let-
ter, or whether you chose to ignore it, but
unless the ordinance is complied with imme-
diately I shall be forced to turn the matter
over to the City Attorney for further action.
