NOTICE OF BUILDING PERMIT EXPIRATION

Dear Mr. Brechtel:
Our records indicate that the work located at 625 Armstrong
authorized under permit # 01086 issued on 4/9/80 has either not yet
commenced or has been inactive since 4/25/80 . The permit was for
framing a new pitch roof over existing flat roof.
Please be advised that as of 2/15/81 , an abandonment period of 180
days will have elapsed and your permit referenced above will then ex—
pire. No further work may continue, nor will inspections be made after
the expiration date without first obtaining a new permit. If you feel
this notice is in error, please notify our office immediately at
484-4220, ext. 636.
