Initiate Escrow Account
This memo is to acknowledge the receipt of escrow funds in the amount of $1,000.00
for the following right-of-way improvements:
10' of broken walk & 10' Drainage Problems at 6107 Ashton Ct.,
Huntington Hills
The initiation of an escrow account is intended for extreme circumstances only, such as
cold weather, rain, snow, etc, A maximum of 30 days will be allowed to make the final
repairs by the contractor. If these repairs are not completed, the Engineering Department
will use its contractor to do the work, using the escrow retained for that address.
Before improvements to the Right -of -Way are completed, please call ourinspection
recorder at 221-6609 to request an inspection (please allow 24 hours for the
inspection to take place). Once the improvements have passed inspection, the funds
in escrow will be released to you.
