Gentlemen:
We have inspected the single story brick veneer and wood frame
residence at the above referenced address. The foundation wall
consists of eight (8) inch concrete, founded presumably on spread
footings.
It is our opinion that the two (2) 4'6" Egress windows may be
installed in the existing foundation wall without compromising the
integrity of the foundation system. We recommend a 3 x 3 x 1/4"
angle be installed to support the floor framing above.
