PROFESSIONAL PLAN REVIEW OPTION
The undersigned acknowledges that the construction plans for the
proposed building identified below may not have been reviewed by
the City for structural sufficiency, completeness, or accuracy in
determining compliance with City codes and ordinances at the time
of permit issuance. The undersigned acknowledges further that as
a condition of issuing a building permit, said plans must have been
reviewed and certified by a qualified professional engineer or
architect licensed by the Sate of Colorado and that in no way is
the undersigned relieved from compliance with all applicable City
codes and ordinances relative to the proposed construction. Any
error or omissions in said plans shall be sole responsibility of
the undersigned and reviewer of plans.
