The undersigned acknowledges further that as a condition of issuing a building permit, said plans must have been reviewed and certified by a qualified professional engineer or architect licensed by the Sate of Colorado and that in no way is the undersigned relieved from compliance with all applicable City codes and ordinances relative to the proposed construction.
