Dear Sir:
It has been brought to our aetention that two horses are being pastured
on several lots in the 600 block of Louise Lane. The horses are contained
\ by an electric fence surrounding .the lots: Our understanding is that you
granted permission for this pasturing and fencing.
The City of Ft. Collins Zoning Ordinance states:

"Riding horses for use of occupants of a lot and their
guests.may be kept as permitted accessory used provided
at least one_ -half acre of pasture area is available for
each horse.j
If after reading the ordinance.you find that the above described act-
ivity is in violation and*you are the responsible party we would require you
to rectify this matter immediatiy by removing the electric fence and relocating
the horses to another area.; There will be a follow-up inspection of the area
in question within seven (T) days by a city official.
