Dear Sir,
We, the undersigned wish to file a formal complaint
concerning a condition on. Louise Lane, Locust Grove sub-
division, Fort Collins.
Within the past week an electric fence has been erected
on lots of the 600 block of Louise Lane to keep two horses.
It is our understanding permission for this activity was
granted by Mr. Roscoe Andersonw, 508 Louise Lane, although a
conversant signed by Mr. Anderson clearly states horses may
not be kept on any lot. It is our understanding that a city
ordinance prohibits an electric fence and keeping two horses
on less.than.one acre; therefore we would appreciate the
appropriate action by the city to remove the horses and
electric -fence..
