This is to confirm our discussion today regarding the
installation of hand held shower heads in handicap adaptable
ground floor units.
The W. W. Reynolds Companies agree to install the flexible
shower heads upon the request of any disabled ground floor
tenant in lieu of installation in all units at this time.

Dear Michael,
The gas fired furnace and water heater stacked venting shall be in
accordance with the attached drawing.
The vent sizing is in accordance with the Metalbestos Chimney
handbooks.
