We have visually observed the porch wall reinforcing placed in the walls at the resit nce under
construction at Lot 63, The Ridge, (4700 Chip n'Dale), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on November 19, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No.1271-44-01-01.
