Gentlemen:
Please be assured that according to applicable zoning ordinances and
amendments thereto, the Harmony Market P.U.D., First Filing, being the
property bounded on the West by Boardwalk Drive and on the South by
Oakridge Drive, is currently zoned R-P, Planned Residential District and
that the use or uses allowed under said zoning classification, R-P, Planned
Residential District, are as follows: (See attached Exhibit A).
Furthermore, please be assured that the violations of the applicable zoning
ordinances and amendments thereto on the Harmony Market P.U.D., First
Filing land are currently nonexistent with respect to the following:
1) Existing use of the land.
2) Area, width or depth of the land as a building site for
existing structures.
3) Floor space of said structures.
4) Set back of said structures from the property lines of the
land.
5) Height of said structures.
