Dear Peter:
As discussed today, we represent the owners of the above
referenced property, and on behalf of Woodmen of the World Life
Insurance Society as a prospective lender to The Benenson Capital
Company, I request your assistance in issuing a zoning com-
pliance letter for the real property that will secure the loan.
Enclosed is a copy of the form letter used in the past to obtain
zoning information as well as a legal description of the subject
property.
If possible, I would appreciate any addition you could make to
the letter to verify the intended and present use of the property
as a commercial site. In addition, please verify that all neces-
sary licenses, approvals and permits have been issued for the
construction use and occupancy of such improvements, and such
construction and/or use does not violate the requirements of con-
ditions of any applicable zoning or land use law regulation or
ordinance.
After you have had a chance to review the City's records for this
property, I would appreciate a phone call if you find any
problem. Then at your convenience, please prepare a formal let-
ter (see attached letter) and forward it to our office.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to
