It will be necessary for Pace Membership Warehouse, Inc. personel to be in
the store, prior to opening to the public, for racking and merchandising.
Wincek Construction, General Contractor, will assume the responsibility of
the Pace employees during this interval of time. Wincek Construction will
supervise and direct the employees.
Enclosed is a copy of the letter received by Wincek Construction from Pace
Membership Warehouse, Inc. stating the same.
Your understanding in this matter is appreciated and will expedite the
completion schedule on this project. - -

This is to inform all parties concerned that PACE Membership
Warehouse has agreed to let Wincek Construction Company,
General Contractor for the PACE store at 4700 Boardwalk Fort
Collins, oversee the erection of interior steel racking by PACE
personnel at the above referenced location.
