Vie represent a prospective lender for the property and one of the requirements is to verify compliance with building codes and ordinances. We have received a Certificate of Occupancy from the borrower, however, we would like a statement from the City that the C of O indicates the improvements are in conformance with city building codes and ordinances. Peter indicated that infor- mation is stated on the C of O, nevertheless, the lender would like a letter from the City as well. Structural drawings were submitted to the department for per- mit, bearing the seal and signature of Ronald N. Frlckel. During the course of construction, AD&C Group, Inc. personnel made periodic site observations, to observe the construction progress and quality of the work and to determine whether the items observed were In general conformance with the design Intent of the construction documents. Our findings were reported in the.form of inspection memos addressed to the Architect for distribution and are on file for your information, if needed. Approximately 70% of the site cast tilt -up wall panels were observed prior to pouring for reinforcing placement, forming construc- tion, and weld plate installation.
