This letter is to certify that the structural criteria used for for the
building design are as follows:
Roof dead load: 20 PSF
Roof live load: 30 PSF
Total roof load: 80 PSF
Wind load: 100 MPH (Exterior walls)
Raised floorc: 100 PSF (Wood platforms)
Calculation of drifting loads and uplift are according to
procedures in the 1998 Uniform Building Code.
