We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 52, Gates 4th, (4132 Centergate Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on December 27, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No.4726-02-09-01.
