Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: City Park Nine Clubhouse Renovaticn and Maintenance Building - Project No. 871-9 Dear Bruce: This letter is to document our meeting of last week concerning the above -referenced project. The following code concerns were discussed: Maintenance Building: 1. The furnace and hot water heater in the Maintenance Building cannot be located in the same room as, or in a room that opens into, the shower area. The Architect shall provide a sketch (attached) to show how this space will be redesigned. Clubhouse: 1. The Meeting Room will be classified A3 instead of B2 as previously discussed. However, exiting, door swings and hardware can remain as originally designed. This concludes my understanding of the code concerns that needed to be addressed.
