This letter of intent is to document my intentions to follow through with the City of
Ft Collins UDU process. Per our conversation on 1/14/10. My plan is to proceed
with your permission, the installation of separate electric baseboard heating and
the splitting of the electrical service by installing a new separate electric meter to:
420 1/2 E Elizabeth St Ft. Collins Colorado.
I will submit the UDU application process no later than 511/10 and complete all
the necessary modifications required by the City of Ft Collins Building Dept. in
order to bring this property into compliance within the 40 day UDU time frame.
