Claudia,
We would like to ask for an extension for permit number B1302916, site address 328 W. Mountain Ave. (Avery
House Museum)
We are ready for final inspections, however with the holiday events and schedules we were unable to get the
inspections completed.
Our permit is good thru January the 5th which is Sunday.
I will be speaking with Jenifer with the foundation later today to make arrangements to get this inspected in
the coming days.
