SERVICE). NO PLUMBING/GAS LINES. THE RELOCATION IS NECESSARY TO MAKE
ROOM FOR A NEW ADDITION (SEE B1102250). THE ORIGINAL PERMIT FOR THIS
MODULAR WAS B0202469. THE CO FOR THIS BUILDING WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL
ZONING APPROVES ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR EXTERIOR BUILDING .

may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utili ies will continue to be fumished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
