This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the construction of a detached shed taller than 8' and within the rear
setbacks at the above referenced address without a permit in place prior to the work
commencing.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 6/9/2013
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances.
