Gentlemen:
On December 24, 2012 1 visited the referenced site as requested. The purpose of this
visit was to observe the steel moment frame connections and high strength bolted
connections at the column cap to beam in the basement.
Based on site observations it is my opinion the moment frame connections and the
bolted column cap to beam connections were completed in substantial accordance
with the plans for the project.
