RE: Footing and Foundation Observation

Dear Jeff:
As requested, Total Engineering Service, Inc. staff observed the footing and foundation
formwork and reinforcing steel for the above referenced single family residential property and
found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared for this
structure. The "Wer" electrical ground system was placed in the footing and meet the
requirements of Article 250.52(A)(3) of the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC). The footings
were observed on October 30, 2012 and the foundation walls were observed on October 31,
2012.

complete and in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared for this structure at
the date of the inspection.

and sump pit perimeter drain system. RMG found it to be complete and in substantial
compliance with the design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of this observation.
