The above site was personally inspected on Dec. 13, 2012. The site indicates the existing
window that is to be removed and replaced with an approved "egress window" is located
on the East side of the house. The existing window is located in a concrete foundation
with approximately IOVOftnyretLe gbpj dt). - nrgddition�i� wooden sill plate and
IVJrim joist above that and then brick siding. A steel lintel wil need to be installed directly
above the new window whether the concrete above the window is removed or not. It
shall be 3"x 3''xl/4__ and shall extendj'leither side of the new window,. The sill plate
and rim joist will not be disturbed so no structural concerns are foreseen using the new
window frame, and lintel. No f irthe_rastructural concerns are foreseen,at this time. This
project is therefore approved for replacement
