RE: New Rafter/Ceiling Framing at 901 Edwards St., Fort Collins
To Whom It May Concern:
I have inspected the completed work on the subject project, and it appears the work was done in
accordance with the drawings I prepared for the project. The new truss configuration should be
adequate to support the existing ceiling load without the intermediate bearing wall that has been
removed, and it should provide additional support for the existing rafters which do not meet current
code.
