Project: Harmony Ridge Triplex
Location: Lots 57-59 Harmony Ridge
TDSE Project No.: 11-058
Observation Date: April 2nd, 9P and 17d' 2012
Plans/Details: Plans by TD Structural Engineering Inc. dated December 27, 2011
Items Observed: footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing,
damp -proofing and perimeter drain
Notes:
Observations indicate the footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing are in substantial
conformance with the plans as noted above. In addition the electrode had been placed in
substantial conformance with the recommendations by NEC.

Observations indicate the exterior basement foundation walls have been adequately damp -proofed and
covered with 2" of rigid insulation. In addition a perforated pipe was placed around the exterior perimeter
of the basement foundation walls and sloped to a sump and pump system in each individual unit. In my
opinion the perimeter drain had been placed in accordance with the recommendations outlined in the
geotechnical report dated December 6, 2011 by Earth Engineering Company, Inc.
