Dear Mr. Abernathy:
On July 18, 2012 we visually observed the pilaster excavations and reinforcing for the foundation of
the new pre -fabricated metal building being constructed at the above referenced site. It is our opinion
the excavation dimensions and reinforcing were in general conformance with our Foundation Plan,
Project Number 1372-07-01A.
On August 8, 2012 we visually observed the metal framing of the building. It is our opinion the
framing has been erected in general conformance with the manufacturer's plans, American Buildings
Company drawing number 61659501.
The conclusions presented in this letter are based on a visual review of portions of the described
structure, your directions and the referenced plans. Our review was limited to the structural items
described in this letter, and is not intended to cover mechanical, electrical, environmental, mold, site
grading, geotechnical or architectural features of the building.
