The above site was personally inspected on August 15, 2012. The site indicates the
existing window that is to be removed and replaced with an approved "egress window"
(2'617x 4'0") is located on the East side (south window) of the house. The existing
window has a wood rim joist and sill plate covered by wood siding. The foundation is
poured concrete. The new egress window will require no disturbance to this existing sill
and joist and no other structural problems are foreseen and is therefore approved for
replacement.
