Re; Replacement of gas furnace at 4454 South College.
Dear Rick,
Poudre Valley Air is replacing a gas furnace at the above address, which conditions 1,000 sq. feet. This
area has 2 people working in it. We will be using the existing fresh air, which is ducted from the outside to
the return am duct is capable of 80 CFM We will also be using the existing combustion air. At the
time of replacem t we will be adding air con�oning.
