Dear Rick,
Today, I investigated the placement of reinforcing steel in the footings for the above -
referenced project.
The horizontal bars were placed correctly, although not on chairs, so I made sure to
convey that these bars in the footings must be pulled up into the wet concrete at least
three inches, at the time of the concrete pour. The vertical bars were stacked and
ready to insert in the wet concrete
I found everything to be in accordance with the construction documents.
Accordingly, I have affixed my seal to this approval letter.
