On October 14 and 18, 2005, Weeks & Associates observed the pads and pilasters at the
referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the pad and pilaster sizes and steel
reinforcing are in substantial accordance with the foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates, Inc., Project No. 24349.
