Re: Foundation, damp proofing, and perimeter drain Inspection Lot 60 Cottonwood
Ridge Subdivision (4809 Caravelle Dr.) Fort Collins, CO.
Gentlemen:
Inspections were done of the footing and foundation walls and foundation drain at the
referenced location. All observed wall dimensions and reinforcing steel met the
specifications for size, type and installation per foundation plan prepared by Landmark
Engineers. The perimeter foundation drain and damp proofing was installed in general
conformance with the foundation plan and connected to developer installed subdrain.
